Every drop-in session stacks free credits onto your first hour automatically — no code needed. Members and VIP guests earn a larger Gaming bonus each visit, and unused credits roll over for 30 days. Just tap your loyalty card at any station.

What comes with the VIP Bonus tier?+

VIP Bonus members get a reserved battle station, a monthly credit top-up, priority tournament seeding and access to the private mezzanine lounge. You also keep a personal concierge who logs your rankings and books your Friday brackets in advance.

Visiting the citadel

What are your opening hours?+

We're open Monday to Thursday from 10am to 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 1am, and Sunday from noon to 10pm. Friday Siege tournaments begin at 6pm sharp, so arrive early to warm up your station.

Do I need to book a station?+

Drop-ins are always welcome and we hold a block of walk-in stations, but weekends fill fast. We recommend booking ahead through the contact form below, especially for teams of four or more. VIP Bonus members always have a reserved seat waiting.
